Calling all Volunteers!

Our second EMA Volunteer Work Day is scheduled for Thursday, June 24 starting at 8:30 AM.  We will be constructing another sediment trap, this time on the western side of the lake.  The dam will be created using logs, rocks, hay and a sediment trap membrane, and is designed to allow standing water to be better absorbed into the ground as well as filter out nutrients prior to discharge into the lake.

Hoping some of you can join us to work on this much-needed project!  See volunteer details below.   Please click on green sign-up button if you plan to attend.  Last minute volunteers are also welcome.  Thanks in advance for your hard work and community service.  Hope to see you on the 24th . . .

Mark Waltz, Property Chair
