Calling all Volunteers!
The EMA will be holding its first 2022 Volunteer Work Day on Saturday, May 21.
May 21 Work Day Details:
- Meet at 8:30 AM at Beach Boat Dock
- Please bring a spade, shovel, loppers and a rake if you have them
- Dress appropriately - boots, gloves & work wear, as it will be muddy going
- Please bring water or refreshments to stay hydrated
- Lunch will be provided afterward
Projects to be worked on this day will be:
1) Pumping out tributary check dams sediment
2) Construct check dams for any remaining inflows
3) Mulch area near the playground
4) Laurel Path tidy up
